Timelines vary from standard solutions (1 week in advance), to requests during peak seasonal periods such as December and August (2-3 weeks in advance) to more complex projects or shipments with special customs regulations (3-4 weeks in advance)
For transport by sea or air: it is essential to check in advance for any restrictions on the type of packaging required for the destination. Some countries, such as New Zealand and Australia, have specific requirements for wood treatment. We do not provide service in the following conditions: war zones, ongoing cataclysms, etc.
